Found the dealership to be customer friendly, professional and courteous.clean and welcoming. I have no more accolades to add at his time, but it was an enjoyable experience.

Good morning, It isn’t often that I take time to write a note complimenting a company for excellent customer service, but today that is the case. Last year I switched from being an S class Mercedes owner to an LS class Lexus owner. I made the choice of thinking I would be giving up some of the amenities afforded Mercedes owners but felt the reliability of the Lexus would be worth it. Since my purchase, I have had the opportunity to have my vehicle serviced by Lexus of Wesley Chapel at least 3 times. My first service was assigned to Bobby King who provided an experience equal or better than any I had at MB of Tampa. Of course, I thought maybe the favorable experience was due to me being a new customer but I quickly discovered this isn’t so. Each of my subsequent service appointments met or exceeded my expectations! I want to personally thank Bobby King for his professionalism and attention to detail. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has always been forthright and honest. I would also like to acknowledge the Lexus of Wesley Chapel dealership. I would like to say it is universal to the Lexus brand, but after first going to Lexus of Tampa I, unfortunately, found this isn’t the case. Forest took care of me and was an outstanding service writer. He took care of every question I had in need. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends

Matt was the Rep I dealt with, he was thorough, informative and courteous. Good experience overall. The atmosphere was clean and the floors were clean. Nice seating as well.
I was very pleased with my service from beginning until the end. I wAs greeted in a friendly manner and was introduced to my service technician, Alem. He was very professional and he explained everything that would be done before and afterwards. My service was completed just when he said it would be. The whole experience was great as it is always.
Did not get the service recall that was scheduled even though I had called previously to verify. However I was not charged for the oil change & platinum detail.
Its really good service, not much words to describe it just have to go and feel the warm welcome and full service...comolimetery very tasty breakfast.....and very competitive service charge for car too.
Set an appointment to have my Lexus inspected for the “melting interior” issues. Took just over an hour for the inspection and photographs. They are ordering 6 interior components including door panels, dash and glove box. Matt the service consultant immediately met me when I got out of the car. Explained the process and showed me to the lounge area. When the car was done he explained how the recall is conducted and that Lexus could not provide a date to expect the parts but he would notify me to set up installation once received and inspected.
