I picked up my 5th Lexus yesterday, dating all the way back to an LS400 in 1993. A lot has changed since then. The cars are still solid and luxurious, and of the highest quality, but now are far more technologically advanced. The most interesting aspect of my 33 year ongoing Lexus “adventure” has been the difference in dealers I have encountered all over the U.S. Although they all had really nice facilities, the personnel were not consistently exceptional (as one should expect from a luxury brand).
