You would have to add the Technology package in the RDX to get leather upholstery.
As far as technology features go, both the 2020 NX and 2020 RDX provide Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, a Wi-Fi Hotspots, and a touchscreen as standard features. While the 2020 RDX standard touchscreen is 2.2 inches bigger than the 2020 NX’s standard 8.0-inch touchscreen, the NX does offer an available 10.3-inch display and comes with standard Amazon Alexa.
The 2020 Lexus NX comes with a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine. It is mated with a six-speed automatic transmission and outputs 235 horsepower. The 2020 Acura RDX’s engine is a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that is paired to a 10-speed automatic transmission. Both the NX and RDX come with front-wheel drive as standard, but have the option of all-wheel drive. While the RDX’s engine provides a little more horsepower than the NX engine, what we love about the NX is that it has a hybrid option in the NX 300h.

Lexus’ Safety System+ 2.0 provides the NX with new standard safety features for 2020. Features you can look forward to include bicyclist detection, road sign assist, and low-light pedestrian detection. The RDX comes with standard safety equipment as well in the form of the AcuraWatch suite. Both safety systems provide pre-collision warning, lane-keeping assist, and lane-departure warning. While both systems provide great safety features, those in the Lexus NX are just slightly above par.
